To solve the stability control problem of Networked Control Systems (NCS) with time delay, a new method of building a discrete fuzzy T-S model is proposed for NCS generalized plant, and the model is proved theoretically to be able to approach a real plant at an arbitrary precision. Based on the fuzzy T-S model, the sufficient stable condition of the fuzzy controller independent of time delay is deduced to be equivalent to solving a set of LMIs by state feedback, in terms of parallel distributed compensation principle, Lyapunov Theory and LMI method. Simulation results show the effectiveness of proposed modeling and control method.
