The article focuses on the answers which show that the inhibition activity of hydrolysate on 5α-reductase type 2 gains in accordance with kaempferol content. In this study, two kaempferol were separated from the green tea seed. Green tea seed extract hydrolysate comprising kaempferol by contact cell based on a metabolic method applying a stable cell line on 5α-reductase, shows a good effect on cell lines. |
