مستخلص: The article presents a study which analyzes the relationship of fungus Amylomyces rouxii to microorganisms Rhizopus oryzae and Rhizopus delemar. Phylogenetic analysis was conducted on lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) genes, internal transcribed spacer (ITS) of ribosomal ribonucleic acid (rRNA), and amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP). Results show that A. rouxii were separated into lactic and fumaric acid producers which exhibit strong relationships with R. oryzae and R. delemar.
