| الوصف: | In a retrospective evaluation 28 patients with Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) are analyzed, who were treated at the Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum Havelhohe with Zincum valerianicum D 3 and/or Cuprum aceticum/Zincum valerianicum. The disease conception of the RLS is presented from the view of the Anthroposophic Medicine. Pathophysiologically the associated lack of iron in case of the idiopathic RLS is discussed in the context of current sleep-medical concepts and therapies. The combination therapy of Zincum valerianicum D 3 and iron (if necessary) results in an improvement of RLS-complaints at the International Restless Legs Severity Scale. |
