| مستخلص: | Implantar una cultura de Autocontrol en las organizaciones requiere del conocimiento del tema y de entender cómo eliminar las barreras que impiden su establecimiento. En este artículo se presentan algunas directrices que permiten crear un clima organizacional y unas condiciones ideales para el autocontrol, tanto en el ámbito organizacional como en el grupal y personal. Knowing the subject and understanding how to eliminate the barriers impeding its implantation, are requirements for the implantation of a self-controlled culture in organizations. Some guidelines that allow to create an organizational environment and some ideal conditions for self - control, not only at an organizational level but also at a group and personal level, are presented in this article. |
