| الوصف: | Doel: Onderzoeken welke therapie, fotodynamische therapie met verteporfine (PDT), anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) of combinatietherapie (PDT met anti-VEGF), het meest positieve effect op de visus en de minste complicaties heeft bij patiënten met choroidale neovascularisatie (CNV). Methode: Literatuurstudie. De gebruikte artikelen zijn maximaal negen jaar oud en zijn afkomstig van PubMed. Resultaten: Het verschil tussen de begin- en eindvisus (visusverschil) is bij PDT -0,066, bevacizumab (Avastin) 0,082, ranibizumab (Lucentis) 0,192 en combinatietherapie met bevacizumab 0,032. Anti-VEGF toont de meeste complicaties. Conclusie: Anti-VEGF heeft het meest positieve effect op de visus. Bij PDT treden de minste complicaties op. Bij combinatietherapie wordt en een positief effect op de visus behaald en er is minder kans op complicaties dan bij anti-VEGF, omdat anti-VEGF bij combinatietherapie minder vaak geïnjecteerd hoeft te worden. |
