Il testo del discorso tenuto al convegno "Mercato e Concorrenza", il 18 novembre 2015, ha organizzato l'Accademia dei Lincei con Economia Civile. The article builds on the Proceedings of a 1962 Italian Parliamentary enquiry commission on competition, to examine the current Italian situation and the prospects for reform. The author focuses in particular on the testimony by Sergio Steve.
