The article presents a case study of a 65-year-old male with severe hypoxemic legionella pneumonia and hypertension. It notes that a nasogastric tube with enteral nutrition was inserted but was interrupted on day 24 because of fecaloid regurgitations. It notes that multiple gastric and small bowel bezoars were discovered as a complication of enteral nutrition and surgery through perforation of the small intestine and a gastric incision was performed to the patient. |
