مستخلص: It is important for businesses to continually propose innovative services and seek service differentiation between themselves and their competitors. This study centers on constructing platform cooperation business models for the service industry by means of intelligent information technology. Through the example of cross-firm bonus points and package electronic tickets, this study maintains that designs that meet customers' value propositions, whilst considering user friendliness and the perspectives of companies and customers in the designs, can bring about differentiation in competitive advantage and create new value propositions. By utilizing new service models and resource integration methods, businesses can communicate unique values so that recognition by specific consumer segmentations is obtained. By doing so, businesses are able to meet the demand gaps in the market and open up new markets, thus achieving the effect of reproducing and of spreading intelligent business models.
