مستخلص: This document is a collection of abstracts from various research studies on eating disorders and disordered eating. The studies cover a range of topics, including risk factors in competitive sports, the relationship between emotion regulation and body dissatisfaction, and the impact of perfectionism and emotion regulation on disordered eating in dancers. Other studies explore the measurement of orthorexia nervosa in the Turkish population, the role of pet companionship in healing eating disorders, and the burden of child-rearing on maternal employment in Japan. One study specifically focuses on the relationship between perceived discrimination, family conflict, negative affect, and binge eating among Latinos/Hispanics in the United States. The findings suggest that perceived discrimination and family conflict contribute to negative affect and binge eating among this population. The research emphasizes the importance of considering cultural variables and affect regulation when addressing binge eating concerns among U.S. Latinos/Hispanics. [Extracted from the article]
