الملخص (بالإنجليزية): Mobbing is an organizational neurosis. The aim of Mobbing is to make the victim leave his/her job by making him/her uncomfortable in a community by making him/her completely accept and depend on the will power and the personality of the aggressor. In the Mobbing process individual and organizational factors are important. Mobbing is an organizational neurosis seen in many sectors around the world which affects the victim both physically and mentally and damages organizations by quitting work and the decreasing of productivity. Abstract (Turkish): Psikolojik taciz, bir örgütsel nevrozdur. Psikolojik tacizin amacı, kurbanı saldırganın iradesine bağımlı hale getirmesi ve kişiliğini tartışmasız kabul etmesi suretiyle örgüt içinde huzursuz bir ortam yaratarak mağdurun işten ayrılmasını sağlamaktır. Psikolojik tacizin meydana gelmesinde bireysel ve örgütsel nedenler rol oynar. Psikolojik taciz, dünyada birçok sektörde rastlanılan, mağduru fiziksel ve psikolojik olarak etkileyen, verimliliğin azalması ve işten çıkma gibi nedenlerle örgütlere zarar veren bir nevroz durumudur.
