مستخلص: This article discusses the observation and study of extremely low frequency (ELF) and very low frequency (VLF) electromagnetic waves in space and on the ground. These waves can be generated by both human activities and natural sources. The article highlights the use of spacecraft and ground-based observatories to study these waves and their propagation mechanisms. It also presents four original research articles that explore the characteristics of electromagnetic waves from VLF transmitters, nuclear electromagnetic pulses, earthquakes, and their correlation with solar activity and ionospheric conditions.
