| الوصف: | We are faced with a globalized society in which, thanks in part to technical advances in the world of communications, migratory movements have acquired great quantitative importance. The "international kidnapping o f minors" has become a globalized social phenomenon. It is the mediation a suitable mechanism to solve this type of international family conflicts. The fulfillment of international duties by the States proves to be the factor that makes possible the enjoym ent of the rights that every child should have. There are normative projects that try to eradicate the problem of international abduction of minors. Among them, international family mediation as a mechanism for the protection of the best interest of the child is emphasized. ; Nos encontramos ante una sociedad globalizada en la cual, potenciado en parte por los avances técnicos en el mundo de las comunicaciones, los movimientos migratorios han adquirido una gran importancia cuantitativa. El «secuestro internacional de menores» se ha convertido en un fenómeno social globalizado. Es la mediación un mecanismo idóneo para solventar este tipo de conflictos familiares internacionales. El cumplimiento de los deberes internacionales por parte de los Estados resulta ser el factor que posibilita el goce de los derechos que todo niño debe tener. Existen proyectos normativos que intentan erradicar la problemática sobre sustracción internacional de menores. Entre ellos es de destacar la mediación familiar internacional como mecanismo para la protección de interés superior del menor |
