| الوصف: | To identify barriers in primary health care telemedicine in times of COVID-19. The approach was exclusively quantitative, cross-sectional and a descriptive design was used, carried out in the year 2021 with the health personnel of the Health Service Provider Institutions of the Huánuco Health Network, Peru. We worked with a sample of 216 health personnel and used stratified random sampling for their selection. A scale of barriers in telemedicine was applied. Data analysis consisted of univariate contrast with Student's t-test for a sample. In general, the perception of barriers in telemedicine averaged 3.2 (from 1 to 5) and according to dimensions, in order of importance, were economic (3.4), organizational (3.3), technological (3.2) and human (3.1). However, the barriers of internet (3.8), sustainability (3.5) and promotion (3.5) predominated; in addition, the barriers of training, cost, multisystems, integration, patient-staff relationship, infrastructure, knowledge, turnover, workload, interest, expertise, safety, distrust, resistance and complexity were also perceived, all with p = 0.000. There is a perception of numerous barriers to the use of telemedicine, among which technological (Internet), economic (sustainability) and organizational (promotion) aspects stand out ; El objetivo es identificar las barreras en telemedicina de atención primaria de salud en tiempos de COVID-19. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo, transversal y de diseño descriptivo, realizado el año 2020-2021 con el personal de salud de las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud de la Red de Salud Huánuco, Perú. Se trabajó con una muestra de 216 personales de salud seleccionados con muestreo aleatorio estratificado. Se aplicó una escala de barreras en telemedicina. El análisis de datos consistió en el contraste univariado con la prueba t de Student para una muestra. En general, la percepción de barreras en telemedicina en promedio fue de 3,2 (de 1 a 5) y según dimensiones, por orden de importancia, fue ámbito económico (3,4), ... |
