Facultad de Ciencias Físico Matemáticas. Licenciatura en Ciencias Fisico Matemáticas ; This thesis proposes a methodology within the field of educational mathematics to promote the use of mathematical modeling at the levels of upper secondary education as well as the use of multiple representations (such as numerical and graphic representations) this in order acquaint the student to associate real life problems with mathematics in an abstract way, with this the aim of this study is to propose activities where the student builds mathematical functions through experimentation and observe their behavior, in addition to introducing a focus on learning calculus with basic concepts such as the rate of change function to later build the concept of derivative. Although it is true that the problem of learning calculus at the upper secondary level is quite broad, the objective is to promote the use of manipulative works for the understanding of mathematical functions, later making use of mathematical modeling and the multiple representations it is intended to familiarize the student with the abstract form of functions, that is, with the equations that define a function as well as the meaning of some operations within the mathematical interpretation of some real problem. ; La presente tesis propone una metodología dentro del ámbito de la matemática educativa para fomentar en los niveles de educación media superior el uso de la modelación matemática así como la utilización de múltiples representaciones (como lo son representaciones numéricas y gráficas) esto con la finalidad de familiarizar al estudiante a asociar problemas de la vida real con la matemática de manera abstracta, con ello se pretende en este estudio proponer actividades donde el estudiante construya funciones matemáticas a través de la experimentación y observe el comportamiento de las mismas, además de introducir un enfoque sobre el aprendizaje del cálculo con conceptos básicos como lo son la función razón de cambio para construir posteriormente el concepto ... |
