الوصف: Technological advances are in evidence in recent times. Therefore, many companies become obliged to adapt their processes so they do not lose their place in the market. For this reason, it is considered necessary that in organizations there are tools that can assist in decision making and mainly focused on customer satisfaction. Thus, the main objective of this research was to identify the main impacts caused by the implementation of a direct communication channel between the business owner Fasouto Distributor and end customers. This is a non-probabilistic quantitative, with consideration of the case made by using descriptive statistics. The main results, obtained by two different questionnaires in 10 internal employees and 93 clients of the company, They were that there is a concern on the part of the organization to meet the needs of customers and maintain the link ever closer. However, it is clear that there are internal flaws that contribute to that the tool is not used as efficiently, since many of the processes depend on greater commitment on the part of professionals and especially a deeper management analysis about the information that They come through the channel. In conclusion, therefore, the adequacy of processes can become a competitive advantage and it is up to managers the constant development of these tools, as customers are increasingly demanding and the most varied options to choose from in the market. Besides that, it is concluded that there is in the organization difficulty in defining the most appropriate strategy to give more efficiency to the communication channel, as well as the effective participation of professionals regarding the scope of the main objectives of its implementation.
