| الوصف: | Created by Complementary Law 41/1981, Rondônia state has a fundamental role in the development of the North region. The objective of the work, in this context, is to analyze the production of natural rubber in the period from 2007 to 2018, and the public policies of incentives for producers of natural rubber. The article does not intend to exhaust the discussion on the models of occupation/exploitation of the Amazon rainforest. The methods of data analysis occurred through bibliographic reviews and publics and privates institutions such as IBGE, Associations / Cooperatives; the theoretical basis is based on the concepts of space. We use qualitative and quantitative approaches, in which the absence of public policies was found during the studies and the main reason for not producing rubber, through state and private institutional arrangements, which is of paramount importance in the implementation of a sustainable development model and the production of natural rubber that is configured as an economical alternative for the extractive segment. ; Criado pela Lei Complementar 41/1981, Rondônia tem um papel fundamental no desenvolvimento da região Norte. O objetivo do trabalho, neste contexto, é analisar a produção de borracha natural no período de 2007 a 2018 e as políticas públicas de incentivos para os produtores de borracha natural. O artigo não pretende esgotar a discussão sobre os modelos de ocupação/exploração da floresta Amazônica. Os métodos de análises de dados ocorreram por meio de revisões bibliográficas e instituições públicas e privadas,tais como IBGE, Associações/Cooperativas; o embasamento teórico se fundamenta nos conceitos de espaço. Concomitantemente, utilizamos abordagens quali-quantitativas, em que se constatou durante os estudosa ausência de políticas públicas e o principal motivo para não produzir borrachas, mediante aos arranjos institucionais estatal e privado, que é de suma importância na efetivação de um modelo de desenvolvimento sustentável e a produção de borracha natural que se configura ... |
