The Implementation of Competency Based Instruction at SMK. This research aims at exploring competency based learning implementation in Agribusiness of Plant Production study program of SMK Negeri 1 Pandak Bantul. The qualitative naturalistic approach was employed in this research. The research subjects consist of five productive teachers, one Head of Study Program, and one head master. A deep interview and observation are exploited to obtain the data. The results suggest that (1) most practiced instructional approaches implemented behavioristic, cognitivistic, and construtivistic approaches in order to optimize students' sensor sensitivity; (2) in general the respondents applied active learning strategy. |
