الوصف: 本研究旨在了解屏東縣國中教師教學創新能力與推行學習共同體意願之關係研究,了解不同的背景變項之屏東縣國中教師教學創新能力與推行學習共同體意願之差異情形,分析屏東縣國中教師教學創新能力與推行學習共同體意願之關係,最後探討屏東縣國中教師教學創新能力與推行學習共同體意願之預測力情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以改編的「屏東縣國中教師教學創新能力與推行學習共同體意願之關係研究」問卷進行研究,使用隨機抽樣方法對屏東縣國中公立國中為研究範圍,並將各校的問卷調查資料收集,便於加以研究分析。本研究採SPSS 21.0 for Windows統計軟體建檔,以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關係數以及逐步多元迴歸分析法分析。將問卷分析討論後,獲致以下結論:壹、屏東縣國中教師之教學創新能力屬於「中高」程度,其中以「教學理念」得分最高,「教學資源」最低。貳、屏東縣國中教師推行學習共同體意願屬於「中高」程度,其中以「落實教師共同備課」得分最高,「了解學習共同體願景」最低。參、不同性別、年齡、服務年資、授課領域、學校規模、是否曾參加過教師專業發展評鑑、是否曾參加過分組合作學習,其教師教學創新能力有所不同。肆、不同性別、年齡、服務年資授課領域、學校規模、是否曾參加過教師專業發展評鑑、是否曾參加過分組合作學習,其教師推行學習共同體意願有所不同。伍、屏東縣國中教師教學創新能力與推行學習共同體意願具有顯著正相關。陸、屏東縣國中教師教學創新能力與推行學習共同體意願,以「教學策略」、「教學資源」、「多元評量」對推行學習共同體意願具有預測力。 ; The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between teachers’ teaching innovative capability and the implement will of learning community. First, we acknowledge the present condition of the teachers’ teaching innovative capability and the implement will of learning community. Second, we study the differences existing in the teachers with different background variables about teachers’ teaching innovative capability and the implement will of learning community. Third, we analyze the relationship between junior high school teachers’ teaching innovative capability and the implement will of learning community. Finally, study the prediction ability of high school teachers’ teaching innovative capability and the implement will of learning community.This study used the Adapted questionnaire from “A Study of the Relations between Teaching Innovative Capability and the implement will in learning community of Junior High Schools in Pingtung County ” for the investigation. Using a random sampling method of Pingtung City, include Public country’s teacher of Pingtung County. The researcher collected around the questionnaire data, and they were researched and analysis. Questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS 21.0 for Windows.
