الوصف: 本研究以不同比例之乙醇溶劑萃取中草藥活性成分,比較8種中草藥之DPPH清除自由基能力、還原力,以評估其抗氧化能力,進而篩選出五種中草藥製成不同乙醇濃度萃取液之複方,討論其抗氧化活性。研究結果顯示,在傳統蒸煮萃取製程中,五味複方於95.0 vol%乙醇溶劑下,DPPH自由基清除率可高達84%以上,而於47.5 vol%乙醇溶劑下,還原力可高達1.8以上,表明複方具有良好的抗氧化能力。相關結果可進一步探討其抗氧化成分,五味複方於47.5 vol%乙醇溶劑下,總多酚含量可高達128.88 ± 2.84 (mgGAE/g) ,類黃酮含量可達44.98 ± 1.82 (mg Quercetin/g) ,進而選出最佳條件之乙醇溶劑為47.5 %。再以47.5 %乙醇濃度進行加熱回流萃取五味複方之製程,且測試其抗氧化能力及抗氧化成分,在DPPH自由基清除率可高達86.48%,還原能力達1.957,總多酚含量可高達215.25 ± 8.86 (mg GAE/g) ,類黃酮含量可達47.58 ± 2.96 (mg Quercetin/g),相較於傳統蒸煮萃取製程,皆有更佳的效果。 ; In this study, the active components of Chinese herbal medicine were extracted with different proportions of ethanol. The DPPH radical scavenging capacity and reducing antioxidant power of eight kinds of Chinese herbal medicine were compared to evaluate their antioxidant activity, and then five kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were selected to prepare extracts with different ethanol concentrations. The antioxidant activity of the compound was discussed. The research results showed that in the hydrodistillation extraction process, the DPPH free radical scavenging capacity of herbal formulations was more than 84% in 95.0 vol% ethanol solvent, and the reducing antioxidant power was more than 1.8 in 47.5 vol% ethanol solvent, which indicated that the compound had good antioxidant capacity. In 47.5 vol% ethanol, the total phenolic content in herbal formulations was 128.88 � 2.84 (mg GAE/g) and the total flavonoids content of flavonoids was 44.98 � 1.82 (mg Quercetin/g). The optimal conditions of ethanol solvent were determined to be 47.5%.Then the method of reflux extraction of herbal formulations with 47.5% ethanol concentration, and test its antioxidant capacity and antioxidant contents, the DPPH radical scavenging capacity was 86.48%, the reducing antioxidant power was 1.957, and the total phenolic content was 215.25 � 8.86 (mg GAE/g), and the total flavonoid content was 47.58 � 2.96 (mg Quercetin/g), compared with the hydrodistillation extraction process have better results.
