| الوصف: | 本研究旨在建構台灣地區雙語學校辦學效能指標。首先經由文獻探討分析，歸納出台灣地區雙語學校辦學效能指標初構，再經由二個場次的焦點團體討論，修正指標初構，獲得3個領域、12個層面、88項指標；再繼續進行統計分析。焦點團體成員代表性為董事會代表、教育學者（一般教育與教育行政）、英語教育學者、學校教育行政專家、教育行政專家、雙語學校老師代表、雙語學校家長代表與雙語學校校長代表；本研究總樣本數為625，首先依照地區性北、中、南隨機抽取100位樣本（中籍教師82、外籍教師15、雙重國籍3）進行預試分析，正試問卷發出525份，有效問卷為429，可用率為81.7％。在資料統計分析之預試部分包含項目分析、探索性因素分析與信度分析，獲得6個辦學效能量表具有良好的內部一致性，再繼續進行正試問卷429位有效樣本驗證性因素分析，獲得本研究量表具有良好的信效度。研究結論如下所示： 壹、雙語學校辦學內涵有六大範疇 雙語學校辦學內涵包含：校長領導、師資人力、課程規劃、教學活動、環境資源與辦學效能，共有6個範疇。 貳、台灣地區雙語學校辦學效能指標有3個領域、11個層面、62個指標 3個領域分別為校長領導領域、校務經營領域與辦學效能領域。11個層面、62項指標為「校長領導」領域3個層面、12項指標；「校務經營」領域「師資人力」層面7項指標；「校務經營」領域「課程規劃」層面11項指標；「校務經營」領域「教學活動」層面11項指標；「校務經營」領域「環境資源」層面10項指標；與「辦學效能」領域4個層面11項指標。 ?、本研究所建構之雙語學校辦學效能指標具備良好的信效度 本研究所建構雙語學校辦學效能指標共有6個量表，在預試部分探索性因素分析之信度係數全都在0.7以上，顯示本研究問卷具有良好的內部一致性。 再繼續進行正試問卷429位有效樣本的驗證性因素分析，6個量表均獲得建構信度符合0.6以上的要求，聚合效度皆高於0.45的門檻值，顯示本研究6個量表具備良好的信度與效度。 肆、根據以上結論，本研究並分別對台灣雙語學校辦學效能及行政機關與後續研究提出相關建議 ; The aim of this research was to construct the effectiveness indicators of running a bilingual school in Taiwan. First, it generated the initial construction of the effectiveness indicators of running a bilingual school in Taiwan in the literature review. Second, through two focus group discussions, it revised the initial construction of the indicators and attained three fields, twelve dimensions, and eighty-eight indicators. And then, it proceeded with statistical analysis. The members of focus group include school board representatives, education scholars (general education or educational administration), English education scholars, experts of school educational administration, experts of educational administration, teachers of bilingual schools, parents of bilingual schools, and principals of bilingual schools. There are 625 samples in this research. 100 samples (including eighty-two Chinese teachers, fifteen foreign teachers, and three teachers with dual citizenship) were reached by Random Sampling method from the northern, the central, and the southern of Taiwan.
