الوصف: 本研究主要目的在探討國小高年級學生身體活動量與身體質量指數之現況,並分析之間的相關。方法:本研究受試者為212位10歲至12歲國小學生(男生105人;女生107人)。採用電子計步器(七喜萬步機,Taiwan)測量所有受試者在連續四個上學日之身體活動量(步數),將身體活動量由低至高依四分位法分組為 Q1組、Q2組、Q3組、Q4組,並測量受試者身體質量指數。所得的資料,以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等分析處理,顯著水準定為α =.05。結果:一、男生的每日步數為12,286±2,571步,顯著多於女生的11,237±2,337步(P < .01);國小五年級組(12,495±2,481步)顯著高於國小六年級組(11,004±2,210步)(P < .01)。二、過輕組有37人占(17.45%)、正常組有110人占(51.89%)、過重組有25人占(11.79%)、肥胖組有40人占(18.87%)。三、男、女生每日身體活動步數與身體質量指數(BMI)分別呈現顯著負相關(r=-.654)和(r=-.472)。四、男生過重組(10,751±1,924步)、肥胖組(9,579±1,440步)顯著小於正常組(13,614±2,089步),達顯著水準(P < .001);女生肥胖組(9,240 ±1,569步)顯著小於正常組(11,602±2,221步),達顯著水準(P < .01)。五、男、女生活動不足組(男生<13,000步;女生<11,000步)之BMI顯著高於活動足夠組,達顯著水準(P < .01)。六、男、女生之身體活動量Q1組的身體質量指數顯著大於Q2、 Q3、 Q4組。結論:男生組每日平均步數顯著高於女生組;六年級組每日平均步數顯著低於五年級組。本研究受試者之每日平均步數相較其他國家之學童都少了許多。 ; Purposes: This research was to measure the amount of physical activity and body mass index of primary school students, and analyze the relation between the two elements. Methods: The research subjects were the current students of primary school.A total of 212 students, aged 12 to15 (105 males,107 females), wore sealed pedometers for 4 consecutive days. Body mass index of each participant is measured and the outcomes are classified four groups:underweight,normalweight,overweight, obesity.The assistant materials accessed in this research was electronic pedometer (BP-117, Taiwan) which is used to quantify the amount of physical activity of students based on the physical activity level,quartile were used to divide the subjects into four different groups (Q1 to Q4). Finally, all of the data had been analyzed with independent-samples t test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. As for the significance level,it is set at α =.05.Results: 1.
