الوصف: 建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技術於近幾年蓬勃發展。BIM乃是藉由電腦高速運算能力建構工程3D模型,並賦予模型中各建築元件如:編號、體積、面積、數量、自訂屬性…等等過去無法直接視覺化的資訊,後續並依工程所需隨時提取模型的資訊。目前實務上對於工程數量的估算,大多停留在利用2D的CAD圖檔,逐項累計材料之數量(例如:混凝土、模板、門窗…等等),乘以單價之後,推算建造成本。一般工程專案所含的CAD圖可能多達上百張,數量之累計運算,不但耗費大量人力時間,也常有漏項錯誤的問題發生。本研究採Sketchup為建構平台,自行設計建築元件,包括:樓板元件、牆元件、柱元件、樑元件、門元件、窗元件、樓梯元件…等等。運用Ruby程式,將上述建築元件撰寫成Sketchup Plugin與輔助快速建模的人機介面,開發出一套快速萃取工程材料數量的BIM (Web based Material Quantity BIM, 以下簡稱 WMQ-BIM)。 WMQ-BIM是一套快速建模的輔助工具,也是一套工程數量估算系統。透過WMQ-BIM迅速建構工程3D幾何模型,並可提取工程數量。WMQ-BIM已經進一步整合Web網路平台,使用者可於Client端,直接鏈結Server端之物價、材料、物件等資料庫。後續則利用WMQ-BIM建構3D模型,直接萃取工程數量,回傳Server端,協同運算工程造價。實地測試WMQ-BIM於台中地區某建案,業界專家表示:WMQ-BIM可迅速建構3D模型,並萃取工程數量,估算造價。同時WMQ-BIM在操作上較為直觀,方便學習,並可直接在Web網路上觀看工程及元件資訊,於多人參與討論工程內容時,可大大提升業主、設計、監造、施工者,多方互動之效率。 ; Building Information Modeling technology has been flourishing in recent years. BIM technology is used in building 3D construction models with the aid of high-performance computer. It provides some information such as number, area, volume, customized properties, etc., which were not visualized directly in the past, offering the model information at any time based on the the need in the construction. In practice, most of the cost of construction is currently estimated individually from 2D Cad files. However, there has been complex information in the 2D Cad drawings of a construction project, which wastes a lot of time in estimating the cost and result in frequent errors. This study is with the aim of building a BIM system, WMQ-BIM (Web based Material Quantity Building Information Modeling), by using Ruby to design the Sketchup Plugin for the construction component and build a user inference to get accurate material quantity rapidly. WMQ-BIM is a tool for building a model rapidly, and also an estimation system for the material quantity. It helps in building a model quickly and getting the material quantity from the model.
