| الوصف: | Breast cancer is a public health problem that affects 1 in 8 women. The side effects can be improved with physiotherapy. However, after 5 years, half of the women with breast cancer still have side effects. A study showed the lack of knowledge of general practitioners and rheumatologists about the practice of physiotherapists and how to prescribe physiotherapy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the knowledge of oncologists and breast cancer surgeons about physiotherapy and its prescription. A qualitative survey was carried out using semi-directive interviews with three oncologists and three surgeons from Brest who have a patient base mainly affected by breast cancer. A real interest in physiotherapy in the overall management of women with breast cancer has been observed. However, a lack of global information on the methods and tools used and their real impact was revealed by the population. Further research is required on a larger scale, including general practitioners and the knowledge of non-specialist physiotherapists about the management of breast cancer patients. ; Le cancer du sein est un problème de santé publique qui touche 1 femme sur 8. Les effets secondaires peuvent être améliorés grâce à la physiothérapie. Cependant, après 5 ans, la moitié des femmes atteintes d'un cancer du sein ont encore des effets secondaires. Une étude a montré le manque de connaissances des médecins généralistes et des rhumatologues sur la pratique des kinésithérapeutes et sur la manière de prescrire la masso-kinésithérapie. Le but de cette étude était d'évaluer les connaissances des oncologues et chirurgiens spécialisés dans le cancer du sein sur la masso-kinésithérapie et sa prescription.Une enquête qualitative a été réalisée à l’aide d’entretien semi-directifs centré auprès de trois oncologues et de trois chirurgiens brestois ayant une patientèle atteinte, majoritairement, d’un cancer du sein.
