| الوصف: | The wetlands are rich and diversified environments that need to be protected, given the numerous things that they can bring to our landscapes and our society. Indeed, due to their functions and their values, these specific zones possess important stakes than can absolutely not be neglected. In spite of their characteristics, for a long time, they were considered as hostile environments so leading to their own deterioration, or, in the worst case, their massive destruction. The threat to these spaces is due in particular to a growing urbanization coupled with usage conflict carrying to problems of land tax. To remedy their disappearance, the wetlands are protected on an international level, as well as on European and national levels. However, it is only on a local level that this protection can be organized using instruments of planning of the resource in water and the documents of town planning, among others. Faced with the numerous laws which regulate these protected environments, the actors of the town and country planning have to respect various procedures and long, complex steps : environmental study, water law file, the doctrine "avoid, reduce, offset"… Although the wetlands are very regulated, unfortunately their disappearance is still on the agenda. Thus, this essay proposes a methodology to integrate a project : a lot on a plot located in a wetland in the best manners. To set up this execution strategy, the project will call on the theme of ecological engineering. The lot will be set up on the site according to an approach integrated into the present wet zone. In this way, this approach will allow to insert the lot by taking into account the constraints of the ground and its features while protecting the environment as well as possible. ; Les zones humides sont des milieux riches et diversifiés qu’il est indispensable de protéger au vu des nombreux services qu’elles peuvent apporter à nos paysages et à notre société.
