| الوصف: | Fenugreek is the seed of leguminous. Steroidal saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids, coumarins and other chemical constituents have been isolated from it. It has hypoglycemic, anti lipid, anti-tumor, anti ulcer and other biological activities. In this paper, the chemical constituents, pharmacological action and application of fenugreek were summarized, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the efficient development and utilization of fenugreek plant resources. |
