| الوصف: | Ovaj završni rad je rađen na temi vrednovanja realnih investicija te se u samome radu analizira isplativost investicije u proširenju već postojeće djelatnosti proizvodnje i prodaje bilja. Investitor Rasadnik Cvijet dobiva u najam teren od 4 hektara te ulaže u opremu za proizvodnju bilja. U samome radu korišteni su vanjski izvori informacija te unutarnji izvori informacija. Vanjski izvori informacija proizlaze iz različite literature, a unutarnji izvori informacija potiču od samog investitora. U radu je opisano što je to investicijska studija te je opisan sam obrt kao i investicija koja se obrađuje. Nadalje se odradila financijska projekcija za vremenski period od 10 godina. Nakon odrađene analize utvrđeno je da je projekt isplativ. ; The thesis is on the topic of valuing real investments, and the work itself analyzes the profitability of the investment in expanding the already existing activity of plant production and sales. Investor Rasadnik Cvijet leases a 4-hectare plot of land and invests in plant production equipment. External sources of information and internal sources of information were used in this work. External sources of information come from various literature, and internal sources of information come from the investor himself. This work describes what an investment study is and describes the trade itself as well as the investment being processed. Furthermore, a financial projection for a period of 10 years was made. After the analysis, it was determined that the project is profitable. |
