Speaking of feminicides in these years, brings with it the obligation to see beyond a police issue or the murder of a woman, since, in addition to crime, feminicides must be addressed as a social problem, which implies aspects of gender inequality, inequality, discrimination and stereotypes. This article seeks to reflect on the way in which the preconceived and stereotyped beliefs of women in Mexico can create expressions of guilt for victims of femicide. To develop this text, a theoretical approach to the root of these beliefs is made first, to subsequently make an analysis of their implications in a specific case, from the media approach and from a sample of parents. In conclusion, it is shown that the victims suffer not only from the humiliation and murder committed by the murderer, but also by the stereotyped judgments of the society that surrounds them. ; El hablar de feminicidios en estos años, trae consigo la obligación de ver más allá de una cuestión policiaca o el homicidio de una mujer, ya que, de manera adicional al crimen, los feminicidios deben ser abordados como un problema social, mismo que implica aspectos de inequidad de género, desigualdad, discriminación y estereotipos. El presente artículo busca reflexionar sobre la forma en la que las creencias preconcebidas y estereotipadas de las mujeres en México, pueden gestar expresiones de culpabilización de las víctimas de feminicidio. Para desarrollar este texto, se hace primeramente un abordaje teórico de la raíz de estas creencias, para posteriormente hacer un análisis de sus implicaciones en un caso concreto, desde el enfoque de los medios de comunicación y de una muestra de padres de familia. Como conclusión, se demuestra que las víctimas no únicamente sufren por las vejaciones y asesinato cometido por el homicida, sino también, por los juicios estereotipados de la sociedad que las rodea. |
