Managers are often faced with the need to select one of several suppliers of a similar product or service, characterized by a set of parameters of whose weighting and analysis the selection depends. One technique for doing this is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This paper proposes the application of this technique to the process of CRM (customer relationship management) systems selection, presenting a set of criteria and weightings, as well as the explanation of the various stages of implementation of the technique. ; Frequentemente, os gestores são colocados perante a necessidade de seleccionar um de entre vários fornecedores de um produto ou serviço semelhante, caracterizado por um conjunto de parâmetros de cuja ponderação e análise depende a selecção. Um dos modos para o fazer é por meio do método de análise hierárquica (AHP - analytic hierarchy process). Este artigo propõe a aplicação de AHP ao processo de selecção de sistemas de gestão do relacionamento com o cliente (CRM - customer relationship management), apresentando um conjunto de critérios e a respectiva ponderação, bem como a explicação das diversas fases de aplicação da técnica. |
