| الوصف: | Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, annelerde postpartum depresyon, sosyal destek ve emzirme öz yeterliliği arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir.Gereç ve Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel desende gerçekleştirilen çalışma, doğumundan sonraki 2 hafta- 4 ay içerisindeki 155 anne ile yürütülmüştür. Veriler, Soru Formu, Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği (ÇBASDÖ), Edinburgh Doğum Sonrası Depresyon Ölçeği (EDSDÖ) ve Emzirme Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeğinin kısa formu (EÖYÖ) kullanılarak toplandı. Bulgular: Katılımcıların yaş ortalaması 27.21±5.48 idi. Araştırmaya katılan annelerin çeşitli tanıtıcı özellikleri ile ölçekler arasında anlamlı ilişki olduğu saptandı. EDSDÖ kesme puanı 13 alındığında, .5’inin ölçekten aldıkları puan ortalaması 16.67±2.90 ile kesme puanının altında kaldıkları (depresyon var), .5’inin puan ortalaması ise 6.72±2.93 ile kesme puanının üstünde oldukları ve aradaki bu farkın anlamlı olduğu görüldü (Z=-10.171; p ; Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between postpartum depression in mothers, social support and breastfeeding self-efficacy. Material and Method: The study, which was carried out in descriptive and cross-sectional design, was conducted with 155 mothers within 2 weeks - 4 months after birth. Data were collected by using Question Form, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and Breast-feeding Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (BSES-SF). Findings: The mean age of the participants was 27.21±5.48 years. It was determined that there was a significant relationship between the various descriptive characteristics of the mothers participating in the study and the scales.
