| الوصف: | 摘要台灣經濟發展需要產業升級以進行產業結構調整，這個課題面臨了將近20年。雖然這段期間台灣產業有些進步，但都無法有效達到理想的境界，這在2008年世界金融危機爆發之後得到某些程度的證明。2017年我國在能源政策上有了重大改變，因應國家發展所追求的經濟，社會以及環境的和諧均衡發展，政府提出再生能源的新能源政策。這項能源政策轉型是以再生能源的設備投資與產業創新企圖透過相關產業的發展，促進產業升級，進行產業結構調整。本論文在此背景與動機之下，採用動態產業關聯模型評估再生能源政策的經濟與環境效果。研究結果顯示，在全體區域以及研究案例的區域的再生能源投資產生的經濟與環境都獲得明顯效益，本論文提供我國再生能源政策初步的推估結果，可作為更進一步討論台灣未來產業發展的方向。關鍵字:產業結構；再生能源；動態產業關聯模型；經濟發展；環境 ; AbstractEconomic development requires industrial upgrading to adjust the industrial structure. Taiwan has faced this issue for nearly 20 years. Although Taiwan's industry has progressed during this period, it still failed to effectively reach an ideal state. This was proven after the outbreak of the world financial crisis in 2008. Taiwan's energy policy has undergone tremendous changes in 2017. This is a new energy policy proposed by the government in response to the country's development towards a balanced development of economy, society and the environment. The transformation of this energy policy is to drive the development of related industries with investment in renewable energy equipment and industrial innovation, and to adjust the industrial structure to promote industrial upgrading. Under this background and motivation, this paper adopts the dynamic Input-Output models to evaluate the economic and environmental effects of renewable energy policies. The results of the study found that the economic and environmental effects of renewable energy investment in the research case have achieved significant effects. This paper provides the preliminary results of the effects of Taiwan's renewable energy policy, which will be used as a further discussion on the direction of Taiwan's industrial development in the future.Keywords: industrial structure ; renewable energy ; dynamic Input-Output models ; economic development ; environment |
