مستخلص: The article presents a case study of radiologically recurrent thalamic tumor in a three-year-old boy presented with a history of progressive right hemiparesis. The boy underwent presumptive diagnosis, showing tumor progression with potential malignant transformation. He was admitted for a resection of the superficial sylvian fissure lesion in which solid nodule was attached for the M2 of the left middle cerebral artery (MCA) segment.
